This healing meditation is to help focus on the negativity that may reside within, including entities or beings that have formed an attachment with you and it helps to release it into the ether.This sound healing session may help to set free any unwanted attachments through the use of shadow work.

Visualise your attachment and focus the frequencies in this meditation upon the visualisation and then visualise it being expelled through the crown chakra into the ether, for the universe to deal with...

FREQUENCIES USED

9hz: subsonic frequency to call upon the unwanted attachment
99hz: removes all negative energy
417hz: cancels out negative frequencies in the subconscious
741hz: removes toxins
4096hz: Calls upon angelic help

GUIDELINES
Please wear stereo headphones with a good wide range of frequencies ( earphones will not be suffice ). Please listen on a low to medium volume. It is recommended to use this sound healing session for 2-3 times for the first week and then whenever you feel the pull towards it there after. Never exceed twice a week for any sound healing session.
